Complaints and Disputes Policy
 
This procedure outlines how SRS Underwriting Agency handles any complaints you wish to make about an Insurance Policy we have quoted or issued to your client or the service we provided to you.  We strive to ensure that our service commitment to you is in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice for the Lloyd's insurance policies covered by the Code.  A copy of the General Insurance Code of Practice is available at www.codeofpractice.com.au.

Secondary Service Advice to brokers and agents
 
Persons, other than brokers and agents, who view this website should not rely on the information contained in this website to make any decision about whether to acquire, dispose of, change or make a decision in respect of a claim, cover or cost for a particular insurance product without seeking further advice from their insurance broker or agent.
 
Advice contained in this website is intended for the information of brokers and agents only.  As a broker or agent, if you accept any of this advice, you agree not to pass it to your Retail Clients and refer to it as advice received from SRS nor incorporate it into advice which you may provide to your Retail Clients and refer to it as advice received from SRS.  If you do refer to it as advice received from SRS then you must advise us immediately.
