Corporate Overview

Our professional underwriting teams blend highly specialised product  knowledge with an unwavering commitment to building long-term business relationships with their Broker clients.

We are constantly researching market conditions both within Australia and overseas with a view to “front-foot” changing client needs.  We are continually seeking new and innovative products to add to our already impressive suite of products.  Existing wordings and rating structures also evolve to ensure that the SRS Products remain relevant to changing market conditions.

SRS recognises that the true test of any insurance policy occurs at claims time.  Claims service is critical to the success of any business partnership, that’s why SRS employs an in-house motivated team of claims specialists with extensive experience of non-marine business to ensure instant and professional support to brokers.

SRS holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 290518). The licence is required, under the Corporations Act, to be held by underwriting agencies that provide financial services. This licence allows SRS to provide general advice to retail and wholesale general insurance clients and to deal in general insurance products.
